We collect the following information:

Account Information: name, email address, company name, job title, phone number (optional)
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, features used
Uploaded Data: industrial datasets, CSV/Excel files, AI models you create (processed only)
Communication Data: support messages, feedback, survey responses
Billing Information (paid users only): collected and processed securely by KG INICIS

Directly from you when you register, fill out forms, or contact us.

4. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

To communicate with you (support, updates, security alerts)
To analyze usage and enhance performance and user experience

Contract performance: to provide the service you requested

6. Data Retention

Account data: retained while your account is active
Inactive accounts: deleted or anonymized after 24 months
Uploaded datasets: deleted upon your request or account termination
Logs: up to 12 months for security and debugging

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We share data only with:

Cloud hosting providers (AWS Seoul Region)
Payment processors (KG INICIS)
Analytics tools (with anonymized data only)
Legal authorities when required by law

8. International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily stored in South Korea (AWS ap-northeast-2). Limited metadata may be processed in other regions under Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

9. Security Measures

We implement industry-leading security practices:

AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit
Regular penetration testing and vulnerability scans
Strict access controls and employee training
Data breach response plan (notification within 72 hours if required)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CEPiML (the “Service”), operated by CEPiEL Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “we,” “us,” or “the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. 14-Day Free Trial

New users are granted a one-time free credits usebale within 14 days starting immediately upon account creation. No payment method is required.

4. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You may only use CEPiML for lawful purposes and in connection with industrial, manufacturing, and engineering data. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
Using the Service to infringe third-party intellectual property rights
Excessive automated access that burdens the system

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all data, files, and models you upload (“User Content”). You grant CEPiEL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

CEPiML software, algorithms, UI, and documentation are owned by CEPiEL and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription and Payment

After the free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., KG INICIS). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Termination and Suspension

You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEPiEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee 100 percent accuracy of AI predictions, uninterrupted access, or absence of errors.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Incheon, Republic of Korea.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
