What payment methods do you support?

We currently support credit and debit card payments via an electronic payment service. If you require alternative payment methods, please contact us at help@cepiel.kr

What are credits?

Credits are a unit that represents the computational resources consumed when using the CEPiML platform.

How is credit usage calculated?

Credit usage is calculated based on factors such as job execution time, computational load, and data processing volume. More complex or longer-running tasks consume more credits, while simpler tasks require fewer credits.

How can I check my remaining credits?

After logging in, you can view your current credit balance and usage details in My Workspace.

Do unused credits roll over to the next billing period?

Credits included in monthly plans are reset at the start of each billing cycle. At the beginning of a new cycle, your credit balance is refreshed to the plan's default allocation, regardless of any unused credits from the previous period.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you use up all your subscribed credits, you can purchase additional credits through My Workspace > Buy Credits.

Can I change my plan later?

Plan upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades are applied starting from the next billing cycle.

Do you support on-premise deployments?

Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Service Subscription and Payment

The CEPiML service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis, and payment is processed in advance according to the billing cycle selected by the user.

All subscription fees are charged in the contracted currency, such as USD or KRW.

2. Service Cancellation (Subscription Termination)

Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the CEPiML admin page before the next scheduled payment date.

After cancellation, access to the service remains available until the end of the current paid billing period (monthly or annual).

Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate pro-rated refunds for the remaining portion of the already-paid billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

  • Initial Purchase Refund:

    A full or partial refund may be requested if the user has minimal service usage or generated data within a defined period (e.g., 7–14 days) from the initial subscription payment date, subject to evaluation by our Customer Support Team.

  • Mid-term Termination & Partial Refund:

    Due to the nature of AI model training and cloud resource allocation, partial refunds for the unused remaining period after mid-term cancellation are typically not available.

  • Refund due to Service Outage:

    If service becomes unusable due to a continuous outage of 24 hours or more caused by the Company's fault, the fee corresponding to that period may be credited to the next billing cycle or refunded.

4. Exchange / Modification of Data and Information

CEPiML is a digital SaaS platform; physical exchanges do not apply.

Users may freely modify or delete their own data through the tools provided within the service interface.
